Support involves looking after your website after it has been implemented. For the first 14 days minor errors will be fixed free of charge. After this time changes to the layout and functionality of your website will be chargeable, following a free initial discussion.
Support can include making regular or ad hoc changes to the contents of your website. Alternatively you may require the ability to do this yourself through what is known as a Content Management System (CMS).
Support can also include looking after your hosting and domain name administration, including regular renewals. This will be subject to a small annual administration charge.
