Help - Introduction

Don’t be put off if the web is a mystery to you - I can look after all the technical aspects, and concentrate with you on your business requirements in a jargon free way. If you would like more of an insight, explore these Help pages and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

I’m more than happy, and very experienced in taking you through the steps needed to provide you with a successful website.

I start every project with an initial face to face discussion which is free and without obligation. If you would like to proceed I then produce a Proposal outlining the work to be done and the cost.

After acceptance of the Proposal, I then build a model website which we can refine together to produce your final website.

The next step is implementation - organising hosting and a domain name, and making your website available to the world.

Finally, ongoing support will ensure that your website stays up to date and reflects your changing needs.
